Our Workforce Solutions teams are strategically located at all 16 KCTCS colleges, so they know your community and understand your challenges. Our partnership with you begins with a free consultation to determine your workforce development priorities. Next, our experts will:

Flexibility
Through funding opportunities supported by the Kentucky legislature, we are able to offset the cost of your training by 75%. Companies are eligible to receive an annual investment of $225,000 in their total project cost through our TRAINS fund. In partnering with us – you can stretch your training and development budget – broadening and deepening the skills of your workforce, and increasing the number of employees or new hires that you can train!
