Looking for your official transcript from one of the 16 KCTCS colleges? It’s easy to get one—and we’re here to help.

A transcript is the complete record of your academic work at KCTCS, including your classes, your grades, and your degree. You’ll need an official transcript to transfer to another college or university, and you might need one if you’re applying for a job. 

Place your order online through the National Student Clearinghouse. This is the fastest way to get your transcript delivered, and you can choose your delivery method. If institution code is required, please see the table below.

 

Need to send a transcript to KCTCS?

We require official transcripts from all colleges previously attended. After your transcripts have arrive, they are evaluated by the Registrar and posted to your academic record within 3-5 business days. Coursework is used for credit transfer and course placement.
