Complaint Resolution

We know that occasionally students will face a challenge or matter that requires assistance or intervention.  The first step to resolve a complaint or grievance is to contact the college where you took the online course.  The pages linked below outline the complaint process for each college. 

 If the complaint is not resolvable at the college, you may file an appeal through the Council of Postsecondary Education (CPE)'s SARA Complaint page.
