  4. Apply record management skills to store and retrieve records.
  5. Demonstrate knowledge of basic medical terminology and human anatomy and physiology.
  6. Demonstrate knowledge of basic medical insurance coding terminology and procedures.
  7. Demonstrate knowledge and basic skill of the electronic medical/health record.
  8. Demonstrate and understanding of office technology concepts and applications.
  9. Operate a computer using various application programs.
