Organizational Leadership Diploma

The Organizational Leadership Diploma curriculum is designed to prepare students to manage a department or to become team leaders in team-based or self-managed organizations.

 38 - 42 Credit Hours

Upon completion of this diploma, the graduate can:

  1. Demonstrate an understanding of the interrelationship of each of the functional areas of business.
  2. Demonstrate an understanding of management theories and contemporary practices in planning, organizing,
  3. leading and controlling.
  4. Demonstrate understanding of the supervisor’s and/or team leader’s role within an organization.
  5. Explain and identify a variety of techniques to improve individual and work-group performance and
  6. productivity.
  7. Recognize and encourage behaviors that contribute to teamwork, support organizational change and innovation and lead to achieving personal, group and organizational goals.
