Management Track

The Management Track prepares the student with broad-based management knowledge and skills which lead to a variety of positions in organizations.

63 - 67 Credit Hours

Upon completion of this track, the graduate can:

  1. Set goals, formulate plans, and utilize resources.
  2. Determine activities to accomplish objectives, assign work, and delegate authority.
  3. Design jobs, incentive systems, and training programs to improve productivity.
  4. Assess progress by utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques.
  5. Demonstrate an awareness of trends and their impact on management decisions.

 

General Education

Choose one of the following Oral Communications courses (3.0 credit hours)

  • COM 181 - Basic Public Speaking
  • COM 252 - Introduction to Interpersonal Communication

Choose one of the following Social Behavioral Sciences courses (9.0 credit hours)

  • ECO 101 - Contemporary Economic Issues
  • ECO 201 - Principles of Microeconomics
  • ECO 202 - Principles of Macroeconomics

Choose one of the following Quantitative Reasoning Courses (3.0 credit hours)

Choose one of the following Heritage/Humanities Courses (3.0 credit hours)
