Ms. Ella Fulton Student Regent

Maysville Community and Technical College Student Regent.

Ella Fulton lives in Carlisle, Kentucky and is a student at Maysville Community and Technical College, where she is pursuing an Associate in Science degree. She plans to transfer to Eastern Kentucky University to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a minor in Actuarial Science. Ella is an active campus leader and a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, the Literati Creative Writing Club, and serves as a Student Ambassador. As a first-generation college student, Ella is excited to represent her peers and advocate for student voices across the KCTCS system.
