PeopleSoft Outage

PeopleSoft data is migrating to the cloud. This migration will cause an outage Thursday, February 22 at 6pm EST through Sunday, February 25. Don’t worry! PeopleSoft will continue to work the same way it does now after the transition. There will be no changes to the way you use PeopleSoft.

Outage includes:

  • Student Self-Service
  • Employee Self-Service
  • Campus Solutions
  • HRMS
  • Financials
  • DSS


Blackboard Learn is available. Classwork will continue as planned.

The Go KCTCS! Student Service Center is available during this outage. 

Students will not be able to access Student Self-Service. This includes services such as add/drop class, Visual Schedule Builder, student financials and more.

The Admissions Application is unavailable during the outage. We can contact you when the application is restored.


Faculty/staff will not have access to HRMS, Financials, Campus Solutions or Employee Self-Service.

Software that integrates with PeopleSoft may not work or will have outdated information until the outage is resolved. DSS will be unavailable.

Complete an IT Help Desk ticket for any issues with integrations that persist once the outage is resolved.
