Welcome to the Division of Property Management

The mission of the Division of Property Management is to provide services for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System and System Office in Versailles in accordance with KCTCS policies and procedures regarding vehicles, insurance, leasing, property acquisition, asset management, and the Versailles facility. Our primary objective is to offer customer service to the colleges and system office in these areas.
