Courtney welcomes and tours various areas of the school including the student lounge, the library and classrooms.
Courtney: Hi, my name is Britney and welcome to Bluegrass Community and Technical College, Cooper Campus. I'm a biology major here, and one of the deciding factors for me choosing to go to this campus was the affordable tuition. The teachers here are very personable and very willing to help with anything you need help with. So come with me and let me show you Bluegrass through my eyes.

Vera and Erin are standing in the Dental Hygiene classroom.
Vera: Hi, my name is Vera, and I'm a student here at Bluegrass Community and Technical College. I've chosen dental hygiene because I believe in good, oral health. Not only for myself, but also for other people.
Erin: Hi, my name is Erin, and I'm also a student at BCTC in the dental hygiene program. What I like most about this program is the clinic time that we get on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We get hands-on learning with our instructors on how we can provide good oral health for our community.
Jeremy stands beside radiography equipment; Ronda stands beside x-rays.
Jeremy: Hello. My names Jeremy Kifer. I'm the president of the 2008 radiography class. And I came to this program as a second career. I researched a lot of things and found that this really interested me quite a bit. I like the training facilities here, as you can see. We have lots of nice equipment, we have CR capabilities, as well as film capabilities here, and we have small classes, which I really enjoy. As I said, I had a previous career, and I'm starting over. We get two years in different hospitals around this area. So we get to experience lots of outside work, aside from the classroom. And I can't say enough about this program.
Ronda: Hello my name is Ronda Borland, and I'm a second year radiography student here at Bluegrass Community and Technical College. I chose BCTC because for me as a non-traditional student, it's been a place of support for someone that has to work as well as go to school. I chose radiography because I like the medical field and I also like the technical aspect. There is an art form to radiography, and that interests me.
