Campus Signage

External Signage 

Based on a recommendation of the Marketing RAMP Team and approval by the PLT, a permanent campus signage process has been developed to ensure that all future KCTCS college signage effectively and consistently supports the KCTCS brand.

The new process includes the formation of a Campus Signage Review Committee that is charged with the review/approval of all college signage. This board consists of:

  • College president of requesting college
  • PR/Marketing director of requesting college
  • Facilities director of requesting college
  • Eric Schaffer, KCTCS System architect
  • Terri Giltner, System Director of Marketing/Public Relations
  • David Holcomb, System Director of Purchasing
  • Shawna Merlin, System Office graphic designer

Colleges should submit all signage requests for Eric Schaffer. Once the request has been received a committee meeting will be called at the earliest possible date to review the request and make recommendations.
