KCTCS Human Resources Mission Statement
The KCTCS Human Resources area provides policy and operational
support for all colleges and the system office, with responsibilities for
employment, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations and
Human Resources Management System activities for KCTCS. In this role, we
strive to further develop an effective human resources system that will
allow KCTCS to attract, motivate and retain quality individuals for KCTCS
and foster a dynamic, open, healthy work environment.
