The mission of the Office of Business Services is to provide effective and efficient financial management services for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.
Business Services believes in a commitment to quality - defined as a high standard of performance with a strong emphasis on outcomes. Further Business Services believes quality can best be achieved and maintained in an atmosphere of dedication to humanistic values, teamwork, and continual review and improvement of products, processes, technologies, and services. Business Services is responsible for KCTCS’s official financial records and for the management of the accounting, accounts payable, purchasing, payroll and veterans affairs departments.
