Have you lost the paper copy of your certificate, diploma or degree from a KCTCS College due to a natural disaster like tornadoes or flooding? The KCTCS system of Colleges wants to help and will replace your credential for free.

 

This offer is currently available to graduates from Big Sandy Community and Technical College, Hazard Community and Technical College, Henderson Community College, Hopkinsville Community College, Madisonville Community College, Somerset Community College, Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College, and West Kentucky Community and Technical College who lost the paper copy of their certificate, diploma, or degree due to flooding or tornado damage.

 

The Registrar from your College will order a replacement credential if the original has been damaged or lost. Replacement credentials display signatures of the current College President, Board of Regents Chair, KCTCS Chancellor and KCTCS President and the original award date. Since credentials are not produced in-house, it may take 10-12

weeks for processing and delivery.
